Lunch for 4?
I'm meeting up with 3 other mommies this weekend in a park and want to bring something for us to eat/snack on.
Any ideas for something CHEAP that would appeal to anyone??
One mommy said she's bringing sweets.

Easiest? Popcorn - make it at home and toss it with some grated reggiano and salt. Package it in brown paper lunch bags.
More 'food'? Make veggie lo-mein with thick spaghetti and a bag of stir fry veggies. Buy 4 "Chinese Takeout" containers at Michael's or AC Moore and bag some free chopsticks at your favorite chinese place.

i know you said appeal to anyone, so maybe you can add just a hint of curry powder to the chix salad...
it wont overpower or make anyone gag if they are not into curry...
its sweet and savory when you add a few raisins...
