What do you girls bring for lunch? Esp if your not "out" and don't want to heat up lunchmeat.

i bring salads with grilled chicken or i do soup and salad (typically just a plain salad doesnt fill me up)
recently i started making larger dinner portions and bringing leftovers

cucumbers, tomatoes, cubed cheese and croutons w. salad dressing. So YUMMY and quick to throw together. i've also been doing a bagel w. veggie cream cheese, tomato & black pepper.
Today I brought in leftover beef stew.
ETA: 'baked' potato w. salsa. i wrap the potato in a papertowel and microwave it for about 5mins (depending on micro).
