lowes refund card

I have read on here about the lowes refund card...but am not sure what is it...i went on lowes.com, but still cant find anything

Can someone please explain..Thanks!

We got it yesterday. You can load anywhere between $500 and $4000 onto a card. On 3/18, they will 10% of the original value onto the card. You can spend it any time and it never expires. For example, we did $2000, so we will get an extra $200 added back on. We spent part of it already and will spend the rest whenever.
