Lower Back Pain
Did any of you have lower back pain as an early pregnancy sign???

not for me.
I usually get crazy lower back pain right before AF, but this time didn't get any.

same here. though AF symptoms are very similar to PG symptoms...once you have had a baby, you might fear you are PG in the future when AF is nearing/late due to how you feel. I never felt nauseated [or at least never REALIZED i felt that way] before AF...since my first, nausea was one of my first symptoms.
