lower back pain?

before my BFP i kept waking up with back stiffness on my right side especially. I sleep on my stomach. Then it seemed to subside. This a.m. i woke up on my stomach, my back felt stiff and when i went to turn over, felt sharp pain again on my right side... any thoughts what this could be???

It doesn't sound like it has anything to do with your pregnancy since you had it before. You may have a slight pinched disc or something. I hope you feel better
