Low impact aerobics?
Does anyone do low impact aerobics?
I was thinking about joining a jazzercise class and just taking it very easy, no jumping or anything like that. I am in semi-decent physical shape now, but have really gotten lax with exercise and need to get moving!

I did the same thing.. I started walking and doing the eliptical again... it feels good to be back!!
