Lost 10 pounds!!! with question?
So since late september I have been really watching what I eat. I do have cheat days about once a week, or every other week, because I can not live my life never eating again.
No pasta, no bread, no sugar, nothing fried no icecream, no cake
I have been working out 3-5 times a week. I want to ultimately get this up to 6 days a week, i have a home gym so there is no excuse not to use it.
Is there anything that I can be eating to help accelerate my weight loss?
Any foods that are healthy that you like to eat? Ideally I want to loose another 10 but I have a feeling its going to be really hard to get the weight off.

Banana Greek yogurt lots of veggies fruit for dessert almonds
Pretty much, when food shopping try to stick to the perimeter of the store. I'm not into diet foods as most of them actually have too much sugar in them and never satisfy me.
I find that eating small "meals" every 2 - 3 hours works best.
When I say "meals" I mean have a banana at one, eggs and fruit at another, greek yogurt at another, a palmful of almonds at another, you get the point.
I really consider it grazing as I eat all day but keep my blood sugar in check. You will never be hungry eatiing this way. I definitely don't eat like this all of the time. When I do though, I just feel better.
Keep up the great work!
ETA: The fruit for dessert thing is the hardest part for me. I crave a sweet at night but have found that oranges and strawberries do the trick.
