Losing Weight?
Has anyone lost weight while pregnant? I was overweight before I got pregnant and since I got pregnant I have lost 10lb. My doctor originally told me I had to gain around 20 lbs. Last time I saw him he didn't seem concerned. I am sure is part that I have been eating ridiculously good and obviously no wine for me. I have been also been a lot more active and had MS. Did anyone else encounter this. I'm 14w.

Losing Weight?
I lost 12 lbs in the first 9 weeks of being pregnant but I was throwing up all day, every day. If your doctor doesn't seem too concerned then don't worry about it too much. If you are really that concerned try to mention it at your next appt again.

I lost 19 lbs in the first trimester when I was pregnant with DS. The dr was not concerned. I was sick for the fist 18 weeks all day. (I was over weight to start)

I'm going up and down the same 5 lbs due to MS and GD. All normal and baby is perfect. Not every person is going to gain weight, your body does what it needs to do.

I didn't gain anything until I was 22w. And then I only gained 18 in total. You're still early, you will gain as the baby grows and begin to take up your entire belly!

With both pregnancies, I lost 6-7 lbs in the first trimester due to MS. I gained them back by 20 weeks or so and went on to gain an average amount of weight.

I lost about 5 pounds in the first trimester. I was back to my pre-preg weight about 16w

If you're being healthy then trust your body because it won't lose any weight that it needs to support the baby. If your doctor isn't concerned don't worry about it. Besides, there is still plenty of time to start gaining again.
