loosing weight for mommies
I am having such a hard time loosing weight, I feel bummed out. I never have time to exercise and the weather of course is not great for outdoor activities, I really want a meal plan that is written out for me. I am too busy to think and find I dont pay attention as much as I should. I do ok during the week because I am at work so I can plan, the weekends are rough, does anyone have anything that worked for them and their busy schedules.

I haven't started to lose the baby weight (I'm 2.5w pp). Why not do weight watchers? Not sure if that would fit your lifestyle, but it works

If you want a set meal plan then you might want to look into one of the plans that provide food.
ETA - I lost my baby weight using Medifast. ITs tough but I lost it all quickly and have kept it off. I now just have to work on the weight I put on before the baby.

Re: loosing weight for mommies
I tried WW and it was not working for me I had a hard time writing and keeping track of my stuff. The ones where you buy food are so expensive I did them for my wedding. How was medifast, is that with food you buy?

Medifast is packets of stuff. And I say stuff because it is shakes, bars, brownies and cookies and much much more.
I am not going to lie its tough. But if you stick to it you can lose the weight and fast. When you do the daily breakdown of the cost it is actually not expensive. Way less than what I would spend for food at work.

I just downloaded it, but I think I may have issues remembering to write stuff down.

nope i did nto gain even a pound back and its actually been very easy to stay at the weight but I put weight on before I got PG so now I am starting to work on that last 20. But I gained 50+ with the baby. I gave birth Dec 28th and by end of March it was all gone.

I feel your pain. I've lost 27 pounds but have another 20 to go. BF is not "melting" off the weight. It's hard time wise to get to the gym and really need to adjust my diet. Maybe once I go back to work it'll be easier since I won't have cabinets full of food! Lol

I had actually initially done a 12 Day Shakeology Challenge and I lost 6 pounds during that time (a practical meal plan is also provided). From there, I continued with Shakeology and added an at home workout (TurboJam) which I would do with DD in the room with me.

I lost 68 pounds from the day of my C-Section. I started with 3 months of WW, then moved onto 4 months of My Fitness Pal. I lost weight every single week. I haven't been counting calories anymore- jus trying to focus on eating healthier foods. I have ben maintaining since November, but would really like to lose another 10 pounds.

Did you get a month supply? Do they shakes taste good? I think I will look into it, did you feel hungry?
