Loose BM's when taking Amoxicillin?
DD is on day #3 of Amoxicillin due to an ear infection. Anyone's DC have very loose BM's while taking it? She is completely fine otherwise and shows no other side effects.

normal. Try a probiotic. It might help to firm things up a bit.

Yes, with my DS it has been awful, he was on amoxicillin for an ear infection. I make sure I give him probiotics.

culturelle kids, they are packets of powder you can mix into anything they drink
ETA you can also ask your ped just for peace of mind but I was able to give them to my 8 month old DD when she had diarrhea.

We use Flourastor and empty the ingredients into their milk.

Our ped recommends culturelle - they have it in a powdered form.
