looking for simple thanksgiving ideas for two

DS is going to florida with my mom for thanksgiving.

looks like it will be SO and me. we thought about eating out to make it easy. now, i'm thinking it would be pretty expensive and not a fabulous dinner... so i'm looking for ideas for a small thanksgiving spread for just two people.

i can do turkey breast, mashed potatoes, green beans, and stuffing/dressing. what else would you suggest that can be made for two?

A few years ago I made Thanksgiving dinner for just my brother and I ..

I made a turkey breast, sweet potato balls, stuffing (but its called dressing when you dont literally stuff it), corn and mashed potatoes .. You can just make smaller portions and it'll be great!

DH and I got stuck home last year just the two of us last min.

We had Steakhouse at home instead of traditional Turkey.
Mozz and roasted pepper app
filet
creamed spinach
Ceasear Salad with homemade crotons
roasted potatoes

dessert - Ina Gartens Apple and pear crisp with vanilla ice cream.

This year I have to cook a traditonal spread again, but if I didnt. I would get a turkey tenderloin from costco, have that with some butternut squash ravioli from costco with a butter and walnut sauce. and make some cranberry poundcake (recipie in this months oprah) with fresh whipped cream.

The last few years, Rachel Ray has had a 1 hour thanksgiving special. I think if you can make it in 1 hour or less it must be simple so you might want to check out some of those recipes.
