Looking for an occasional babysitter....rates?
I have a 2 year old and 2 month old. I need an occasional Friday night sitter, so the hubby and I can get some alone time (about 2 hours). What is the hourly rate I should be giving a babysitter with experience? TIA

We pay our babysitter $10/hr. She is a senior in high school and DS loves her. If she wasnt a family friend I probably would pay a high school student about $8/hr

We paid our 18 y/o niece $10 an hour (DS STTN so basically all she did was watch tv and play on the internet).

I pay a 19 y/o $10/hr and a 45 y/o mother of 4 $12/hr
I have a 3.5 year old & a 2 year old

I use my sister's friend for date nights who is amazing! I pay her $10/hr. My son is 1 yr old and he sleeps when she is here.
