Looking for an immediate sublet/temporary rental
Our house is under construction, and won't be ready for at least another month, possibly 2.
We'd like to stay in the South /West Nassau Area. We are both working professionals, great credit, and are non-smokers. We do have a tiny 9 lb dog who is well behaved in all areas.

I don't know of anything but when my bro's house went a little longer than expected with construction they stayed in a motel for a month..that might be another option if they'll take pets...good luck!

i know they are small, but if there is a microtel on long island. they rent per week. maybe other hotels rent per week too. i know my complex has tons of vacancies, but they only do yearly rentals.
