Looking for an apartment

A friend of mine is looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment. Has a small dog, and looking for something in Nassau and possibly some of Queens...closer to Nassau. Preferably no more than 1300/month and not through a broker.

Please let me know if you know of anyone that has one available.
Thank you!

Re: Looking for an apartment

Is your friend looking to avoid a broker's fee? Because I see several pet-friendly rentals listed in that price range on MLS. If he wants some realtor help, feel free to give him my contact info.

Otherwise, probably Craig's List (and Town Crier/Pennysaver) is his best bet.

Also - fyi - Someone posted on hear the other day about a 2 bedroom rental in West Babylon... I think they said they'd take a small dog (less than 30 lbs) and I think it was in the price range your friend wants.

Thank you very much I will let him know (and look for that posting too Chat Icon ) He really would like to try and avoid a broker's fee, but he may not have a choice, so we'll see! Thanks again!
