Looking for an apartment
For my brother. 25 yr old college student.
Any size apartment. studio or 1 bedroom.
As west as kings park, as east as port jeff.... Close to stony brook university a plus.
Would like to have his dog there at least part time. dog is a mini pinscher.
Fm me if you know of anything under $1k per month. Prefer something around$800.

if he can wait about 30 days- I have buyers closing on a house with a great apartment in South Setauket
they are looking to rent it right after they move in
I will ask them about the dog

and FYI...I wouldn't be charging a fee to rent it- I would just be helping out my buyers (and your brother if it works out)
