Ah - it wasn't the case right? Do you know the medical term?
Someone from another messageboard was looking for advice.

Placenta Accreta
and no I don't have it. My placenta did NOT implant on my scar it is near the top of my uterus now as the sono I had at 30 weeks showed.

No problem!! Does this person have it? Or is there a chance she has it?

Re: Looking for a thread but can't find it.
Does she have previa? Cause my doc told me that there is a 25% chance of it with previa and only about a 5% chance with just an anterior placenta.

I'm not sure. I just know she's scared - and the last thing she needs is stress.
Thank you again for the info! I'm thrilled you didn't have to deal with it. Sounds very scary.

Re: Looking for a thread but can't find it.
I was in her shoes scaring the CRAP out of myself 15 weeks ago. I know what she is going through!!! Tell her to relax about it until she gets another sono further along and deal with it then. There is a HIGH probability it will move away from the incision as long as it's not previa or low lying!
