Looking for a Dr. Recc: DH broke his toe...does anyone know of
a good orthopedic dr. in NYC? Thanks in advance so much

They can't do anything for a broken toe so not sure if you want an orthopedist or a poditrist. IF you want a podotrist in NYC, I have one of the best. I can give his info if you want.

they don't do anything for a broken toe unless it's a big toe (worked for a podiatrist for 4 years). You can tape his toe to another toe if it hurts a lot. But you never know...it coudl be more than just a broken toe so maybe you should have it looked at by a podiatrist.

Its his big toe and/or possibly the side of his foot. His regular dr. told him he needs to go to an orthopedic but the ones he recc do not take our insurance. THANKS LADIES for responding!

Thank you! We called him but he didn't have any available appointments until next week. DH ended up going to someone recc at his office because he wanted to go right away. Thanks so much for the info though
