In New Hyde Park. We should be closing on our house soon but dont know the area well.
Thinking of enrolling my 2.5 DD in ballet and 5 yo DS in tai kwan do. I saw that Progressive Gym in Lake Success have TKD but not sure how good their program will be.

Jj's dance studio in Floral park used to be great. I would start there. There are two studios in garden city- ones on nassau blvd and the other is on Nhp rd.
For Tkd, I would look into grand master Chung on Jericho in Nhp.
We go to progressive for gymnastics, the Tkd side is always packed. Maybe you can watch a class or get a free trial?

Fm me if you have any questions regarding jj's. My DD is 14 years old and I drive her into FP from Levittown to take tap, jazz and ballet there. I attended jj's when i was younger as did my SIL.
