We got it too for our DD!!!
We bought a brand new one on ebay for $60 shipped and then I ordered the personalized slipcover directly from Pottery Barn for $29.99.

I hope you are aware that for $39 you are only getting the slipcover. You still have to buy the chair insert seperately, which are $50-$70.
