Look Ma!!
No cavities!!  Turns out what I complained about last week - is an old filling that needs to be replaced. But it isn't cracked or broken, so I can wait -- until after the first trimester if it bothers me again, or until after Baby Pea comes if it doesn't.
What a relief!!
