Loofahs
I've recently started using a loofah & shower gel in the shower and man, I had no idea what I was missing!
My question is - how often do you change your loofah? Is it one of those things that you replace weekly? Monthly? Whenever it gets narsty  ?
Also, please recommend your favorite exfoliating shower gel!

I use a mesh sponge thingy, not exactly a loofah but I change it around every 2 months or sooner if it looses its shape. For shower gel I like Victoria's Secret exfoliating body wash or Dial antibacterial body wash.

I loveeee philopsohy body wash, just got into it actually..i change my loofah every other time i go to target lol

I use exfoliating gloves and I replace them every few months, whey they start losing their effectiveness.
