long shot ..need an actors name...UPDATE!!!!!
so my mom went to a local restauraunt in bayside yesterday and was having dinner at the bar and swears that an actor who apparently lives in the bayside gables and is trying to sell his house for a LOAD of $$$( she was listening to him talk to his friend) was there. heres the descrption..
hes around 45-50 looks like a young al pacino.Always plays a ganster type or a real italian character. He has jet black hair and sort of a big nose... thast really narrows it down huh LOL.
She thinks he was in one or both of the following shows...
1) Seinfeild_ played a restuaruant worker who didnt wash his hands and jerry flips out??
2) raymond- he plasy the father of a girl thast raymonds brother is supposed to marry in italy or she is italian ..
i dont know i know this is all vaugue but she calls me up saying I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HIS NAME IS!!she said i would now him immediately...anyone?
UPDATE: yep its David Proval.. my mom was like how did you figure it out? i said my LIF girlies! LOL

He was Stefania's father on Raymond.
Don't know if he was on Seinfeld though.
He was also Richie on the Sopranos.

That is who was in that Everybody Loves Raymond episode, but not who played Poppie in Seinfeld.
I think your mother is confusing a few people.
Reni Santoni was that character in Seinfeld.
