Loehmanns ?
I just looked them up online and they have locations in DC and MD!  I'm super excited.
Do you like Loehmanns better than Filene's Basement? I have found Filene's Basement to be very hit or miss, and I've missed lately

I think Loehmann's is better. I got a few bathing suits there last year - they still had bloomingdales tags on them!

Loehmanns is wayyyyyyy better than Filenes!!!! I love love love Loehmanns. I have literally bought things full-priced and then gone to Loehmanns and the same item is there for 50% less.

So how come they are discounted? Is it things from last season? Are they irregular? Or just overstock?

yup... i agree with pps
loehmann's has better finds... i also really like century 21, but we don't have them out here in chicago area.

last time I was at Century 21, I took a look at the European designers, since I usually walk right by them. they had tank tops with beadwork for $400
