Locking in oil prices
What have you gotten? Meenan ain't making me too happy right now.
I need a contract too that's why I'm not doing COD.

Locking in oil prices
Check out slomins. They seem to be the cheapest right now if you are s first time customer. We are hunting around right now and are cod. There are places that will give you a contract without locking you in for oil.
