Loan Modification Ques.?
So we are using a company to do a mod. for us that was rec.. We have a legitimate hardship and are barely making it. The mod. company met with us today and feels we can get it modified but they charge 1% of our loan. It will be about $4000. Even if they only save us 200 a month in less than 2 years it would be worth it. Its still a steep price to pay. Should we do it? I tried on my own and it was a no go. Ughh not sure should we do it, agian they are legit and have helped people we know.
