Little down today
Hi,
Ok, I'm trying to stay hopeful since I'm on clomiphene and we're hoping to do IUI sometime next week.
But, dr. called last night with results of FSH test. He said it was borderline and the situation wasn't hopeless but my ovaries are aging at a very accelerated pace. He said we'll see how my body is reacting to the clomiphene next week when I come in. But (and maybe this is just me) he didn't sound hopeful about clomiphene working for me, although he said we'll try it for a few months. But he said we can try injectables.
I know it's not over until the fat lady sings, but it brought me down a little bit.

 I did 3 rounds of clomid (50, 100, then 150) and had no response. Then we moved onto injectibles. We're going to be in our 2nd cycle of injectibles/IUI in the next couple of weeks.
Try to keep your chin up. I know it's hard.  But we're all here for you when you fall down! We'll help you pick yourself back up!!!

Well this weather will get you down today. it's ugly out. Yesterday felt like Spring. The one thing I learned from this whole ordeal is how I keep finding the strength (and hope) to go on. I had a mc last April, 6 failed IUI's (3 with clomid, 3 w/Gonal-F). Each month I think I cannot go on and then I do. You got to keep focused on that goal and not give up (and try not to make yourself crazy in the meantime). Anything is possible. I have heard many cases where the doc said that you don't have this that or the other thing and then my friend gets PG. So, as much as they know, they don't know it all. Nature has it's own agenda. Keeping positive however, is the best thing you can do. Try to get back there.
