DS (4) has 2 of them on the edge of his left nostril.

They look like clear tiny pockets of skin. I know I need to take him to the pediatrician, but I am trying to get away with not having to pay COBRA, and wait until my health insurance kicks in again on 7/1 (it's almost $2k a month!).

Does anyone have any idea what they could be? I googled and saw "milia" but I'm not sure if these are that.

DH is also a smoker and it said on google they could be from that. DS is also a nose-picker too.
