Liquid smoke????
Anyone used it before for recipes that you can't grill but still want a "grilled" flavor?
If you did, where did you buy it, did you like it and what flavor did you get (hickory or mesquite?)?
TIA

You can get it at the supermarket. I used it on Salmon and it was delicious. I don't remember what flavor I got.

Re: Liquid smoke????
You can find it in the condiment section of the supermarket. I usually add when I'm making burgers. I can't think of what other recipes I've put it in.

I bought it in Target. I don't love it and have only used it a handful of times.

Re: Liquid smoke????
I use it quite a lot for something that I want a smoky taste in, meatloaf, hamburgers, I make an oven brisket that I use it for. I have two bottles in the fridge, but I am not sure what flavour they are. I think I got them at a regular supermarket!

Re: Liquid smoke????
Thanks! I want to try it on pulled pork to get that "grilled" flavor.

Re: Liquid smoke????
We use it all the time, but mostly on things that we grill, hamburgers, meatloaf, and its suprisingly good on hotdogs. We got it at Best Yet, but I've seen it at a few supermarkets.
