Liquid hand soap - totally random question for a bored Friday
How do you wash your hands with liquid hand soap? I always wet my hands, get soap, rub and rinse. But I see so many people (at work) who apply the soap to their dry hands, rub it around and then rinse. I tried it yesterday and did not like it at all - barely lathered up lol. (I've also seen people get the soap, then put their hands under the water, rub their hands and then rinse)
I'm really bored today and apparently I spend way too much time watching people wash their hands

I put soap, then wet hands and begin to wash them. 2 ABC songs / or happy Birthday songs long lol Then rinse
I don't wet before soap because (especially at home) I don't wanna drop water all over the side of the sink when I go to get soap.

Never even knew there were directions, but after seeing your response I checked the one we use at home (Bath & Body Works foaming hand soap) - theirs says water, soap, lather, rinse

Interesting. My dial antibacterial foaming specifically says to lather on dry hands.

Exactly. I don't want to make a mess with my wet hands. So I put soap on dry hands first, then wet and lather.

Maybe your directions are to lather on dry hands because it's antibacterial?
I don't use antibacterial soap and my directions all day wet then lather.

I did the same. We also use B&BW so I checked the directions over the weekend and it says to use water first. I just naturally wet my hands first anyway.
