Lindsay: Coke Is It?
Law enforcement sources are blabbing to TMZ about Lindsay Lohan's toxicology report, saying it revealed the 20-year-old had nearly twice the legal limit of alcohol and traces of cocaine in her system the night she crashed her Mercedes.
We haven't been able to confirm the details yet and she does seem to have cleaned up her act in rehab, but she's still not off the hook. Beverly Hills Police spokesman Lt. Mitch McCann told People TMZ "won't be sued for inaccuracy."
Meanwhile, Lindsay's own lawyer, Blair Berk, told the Website, "It's highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case." Adding, "It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it."

can someone please tell me why she's not behind bars?
if any old Joe Shmoe crashed their car while DWI, their BAL was 2x the limit and traces of coke were found in the blood stream, that person would be in JAIL!  and rightfully so!

Like I said in yesterday's post. This is why she STAYED in rehab longer. She will use it as "time served" when they press charges, IF she has to go to jail. SKANK!!
