Lightning crotch?
I'm 16 weeks and started having vag pain - like someone is knifing me in my whoha. I had a glimpse of this in the very early weeks. This is normal, right?

Lightning crotch?
Had it with DS and was told very normal, just things shifting around in there and that there are very sensitive pelvic nerves. I remember my male OB saying "it feels like it takes your breath away and has you standing on your toes for a second, right?" I thought it was so bizarre that a man could describe this so accurately lol but he was right.

He did a lot better at describing it than I did! I had no idea what to call it - I kept saying it was like someone randomly stabbed me in the crotch. Then someone on here wrote it was lightning crotch and that's the perfect explanation! lol

Such a terrible pain! I remember I was walking and it just struck one time. That was the WORST! Haven't had any lightning in like two weeks, so I'm a happy girl hah.

It is the worst!! When I was pg with DS, it was pretty bad around 10 weeks or so, then tapered off and would come back more mildly later on. Once I reached about 34 weeks though, my pelvic bones started slipping from the pressure of the baby's head and this was TORTURE. I would be walking around and the pain would literally stop me in my tracks - I couldn't walk and I would break into a sweat. Not fun!!!! I haven't had as much lightning this pregnancy lol so I' hoping it stays that way! I'm 17 weeks now so fingers crossed.

YUP!!!! This is me exactly! At almost 36 weeks I get this all the time, and towards the end of my last pregnancy I remember it just felt like I will look down and see DS' arm sticking out of there
