I just wanted to wish you Good luck!!! I met with Dr. Brenner for the first time last month and I didn't really have to ask too many questions. He asked us most of the questions and got us started right away.

he'll probably tell you his thoughts on his plan of action for you and if you haven't done a lot of testing, he'll probably have you do that and your DH. Then you will have hopefully more answers and a good plan to move forward.
