LH Help please...
Can someone help me with the whole luteal thing? How do you go about calculating it? is this something your RE can better analize for you once you start going in for monitoring?

LH is different from LP... LP is the time in between when you Ovulate and when you get AF...
If you are seeing an RE and know when you ovulate you should be able to count the days fairly easily...

next month will be my first month going to my RE for monitoring, so i guess i'll keep track of when i actually ovulate then to help me count the LP

LH is the hormone that is released right before Ovulation...Thats what the OPKs detect.
