My DH worked for them. He worked in delivery and parts...
We ordered our bedroom set from them and had no problems.

I have to say we ordered our bedroom set there and they messed up three times in the delivery. They kept bringing damaged furniture!!! They did make up for it by sending us 150 dollar gift certificate but it was very annoying. We ended up getting our couch there after that. Good furniture and cheap but it can be frustrating dealing with them

They were going through Chapter 11 back in November. Not sure if they've cleared that up.

They were bought by Prentice Capital Management, and are closing a bunch of the smaller stores and all in Pa and Ct.
I wouldn't buy anything unless it was a floor sample.

we got our living room set there and mattress without any issues.
Fortunoff does have great deals too.
But if you saw something you like there, I cant say anything bad about our experience.

I am so suprised - we had a fine experience. We got a very expensive bedroom set from them. They delivered within a few weeks and brought a damaged nightstand. They delivered a good one a week later and everything was fine for the most part.
