levittown ranch owners: washing machine out of kitchen
i think i posted something before about this, but, thought i'd try again...
has anyone ever moved the washer from the kitchen to another area in the house? is it pricey? we spoke to someone that said it could be simple if you just ran pipes behind the tub to the downstairs front (small) bedroom and used the waste pipe from the kitchen sink.
sound do-able?
if you have experience, please fill me in!!

We moved it from the kitchen to an upstairs room but we have a Levitt Cape so I am not sure if it would be the same. We did it with other renovations...our total cost was $3k but I think that part ran about $1k.

ours was in the small bedroom upstairs. The pipes were run right up next to the chimney. The room had no closet but we didnt one in there. but i loved having it upstairs!!!
