Level 2!
We had our anatomy scan today and our little girl has gotten so big!! So cool to see. Everything looks great and they obviously confirmed she is a girl as suspected.
The DR saw a soft marker in the area of her heart but it is not concerned, at all. Our risk for downs is 1/65,000 so I honestly am not concerned. She recommended that we not get an amnio as our percentage is so low. Anyone have experience with this? Image Attachment(s):

That is such an AWESOME sono picture! Yesterday was my Level 2 and the baby was not as cooperative!

Look at those fingers!!! 
At our 20 week we had one marker for downs (same as you, in the heart) and that put my numbers at 1/5400. The doctor did not recommend an amnio (we wouldn't have done it anyway) as she was confident that with my numbers and only one marker that we were okay. At the 32 week growth sono the deposit on the heart had disappeared!! I'm sure the same will happen with you!
