TMI WARNING!
DS goes poop 2 times a day as of a few months ago it was fairly soft but he was drinking juice so .... we dropped the juice awhile ago. A few weeks ago he started having pellet like poop I thought it was from having to much milk?? but for the last two days his first poop is like that and his second poop is like diarrhea why do you think this is happening?

Different foods can effect their poop, not just what they drink. You have to look at everything they eat... different amounts of fiber can make a difference.
