Let's say you saw Osama Bin Laden...
crossing the street. Or whatever. And you remembered all the tragedy he has caused and gunned it and ran him over and killed him - purposely. Do you think the U.S. government would press murder charges against you? Is he still wanted "dead or alive"? I mean, I think they want him alive so he can be tortured and so they can get secrets out of him...but...just thinking - what if an ordinary citizen came across him, had to kill him so he wouldn't escape....would they be charged with murder?

I would flip him on my back and parade him around down main street.
I would let little kids poke his eye balls out and let dogs eat his guts.
Then I would put him down on the interstate and let trucks run him over.
All while collecting the reward and smiling like I have never smiled before.
