I had no idea how much less stress was involved in this whole process when the office, nurses, doctors email you! Welcome to the 21st century! Being a teacher, I would always stress over calling a doctor's office, b/c I have one 40 minute period to do everything I need for the day. Making the time for a call is impossible, let alone having to wait for a call. But all that worrying is gone; a thing of the past! It's such a weight off my shoulders.
It's the little things that make dealing with Braverman's office a pleasure!
