I noticed decreased movement as well, my ob told me to drink something very cold with caffiene, and lay on my left side. He called back an hour later to check to see if I felt any movement, I did not so he told me to come into the office for an nst, I was lucky I caught them still in the office so I didnt have to go to L&D
