Lend America
Has anyone heard of them?
What have you heard? or What has been your experience?
They are trying to get a VA loan for my parents but something just doesn't ring right to me about what they are doing.
Please if you have any info. let me know.

I do know people who work there have been arrested because of mortgage scams. It was in the news not too long ago. I have never dealt with them though.

their commericals have an air of shaddyness about them. Looks like they try to make the commerical seem like an news report, or and authorized message from the President and or government. Just shady.

Thank you ladies. I just called my brother and asked him to help me do some more research. I don't live as close to my parents anymore and it's hard for me to be on top of what they are doing. I also called my parents and told them to put everything on hold. When i googled them one of the first things that came up were "lend america scams". That totally freaked me out. I wouldn't want my parents to get scammed in any way shape or form.

We got our VA loan through Wells Fargo.
HSBC and Chase were also offering VA rates.
