lemon chicken cutlets
Does anyone have a quick and easy lemon chicken cutlet recipe?

piccata?
heat extra virgin olive oil & butter over medium heat. dredge chicken in flour seasoned with salt & pepper. brown on both sides and remove from pan. deglaze pan with some white wine. add a splash of chicken brother and the juice of half a lemon. when it reduces a bit, add some lemon slices & parsley and add chicken back in and cook until cooked through.
you can also add capers to that and an extra swirl of butter at the end.

ok after much searching online i think i am going to make chicken milanese with lemon spaghetti
anyone ever make chicken milanese? is it simple, it seems simple?

i didnt even print it out though. i am just going to flatten my chicken cutlets real thin and add the grated cheese to my bread crumbs and add butter to the small amount of oil and than when they are all cooked add the lemon juice to the pan and put it all together

Thanks for sharing! I have all the ingredients at home but didn't know what to make. I think I'll try it tonight!

i LOVE chicken milanese. I love to eat it with fresh chopped tomatoes, red onion and balsamic on top of it. YUM.
