leg cramps

oMG the other night I got the worst leg cramp I woke up screaming in the middle of the night ( that was friday night) my leg still hurts Is there anything I can put on it?

I don't know what to put on it because I've heard girls say their leg hurts more when they rub it. I was just told to have water and bananas to try to prevent them. I stretch every night before bed too. Good luck!!

I have a similar problem, and it just happened to me twice last night/this morning. My whole pregnancy, I haven't really been able to 'stretch' my legs, because my left hamstring gets this horrific pain...just there, no where else. And I stretched twice last night, and it happened....PAIN!!!!!!

Water will help, I drink tons of water, and I agree, I've heard bananas too. I'm on the home stretch so I'm not too worried about me, but you should try both!

i read somewhere that when you get the cramp, you should put your arm on the wall and try to stretch out your legs.

I had one a few weeks ago that made me jump out of bed screaming!! They are very painful

I heard that having a banana and drinking tons of water will help with your leg cramps.

I had one a few weeks ago..my calf hurt so bad I thought there was something more happening...I told my DH the next morning that I remember what contractions feel like!!!!!!!!!

well I do drink water but dont realy eat bannanas and I guess i should start streaching more offten :)
