Leg Cramp...

Since the beginning of my pregnancy I have gotten charley horses.. so I started to drink Gatorade everyday and that seemed to keep them under control (even though I would have little ones every once in a while).. Than my DH told me to which to Vitamin water because it had less sugar in it.. well ever since than I have gotten the charley horses in the middle of the night really bad again..

So the other night I had one like I have never had before...... Well every since than my calf has hurt... I told the dr's office about it last night and they said they were worried and I should come in today to be checked out.. Of course I watched OMG Sextuplets where she had a leg clot and now I am freaking out.. Has this happen to anyone where they gotten a charley horse that than hurt for several days afterwards?

Yup! In fact every time i get a charlie horse, it hurts for a few days!

My suggestion and what works for me... is when you feel it coming on, point your toes upward/foot in the opposite direction and it actually stops the cramp. Chat Icon

Really... I will try that next time.

I am so glad to hear that it happens to you also... I was so worried.

Thanks for responding.
