Leaking (TMI)
So my DS is 18 months old now and I still "leak" a bit when doing certain aerobic exercises like jumping rope/jumping jax etc. Is this normal and if so can I do anything about it?? I am frustrated because I did all the kegels prior to delivery and never had any leakage issues while pregnant. I have tried to do kegels again since delivery but they never feel as strong and nothing seems to be helping. I am petrified of being pregnant again and leaking all the time from the baby pressure. HELP!

I guess out of 150 people I am the only one I'll ask my OB about it at my next annual

Leaking (TMI)
Nope I still do.
I WILL NOT do jumping jacks EVER!!!
DS is almost 2 and I have seen a big difference in the past 6 months. I work out regularly now so not sure if that is what is making it better.

Re: Leaking (TMI)
Laughing, coughing, looking at a toilet, jumping at mommy and me or just running after them causes leakage, lol. They're one and I had a C-section.
I thought it would go away over time, but DH is 38 and his mom still leaks!

The exercise is actually what helped me get better.
I would just limit jumping things. I also wore a pad in the beginning when I was working out just in case.
