Leaking Milk...But haven't breastfed in over 15 months?
My son is 22 months old and I stopped breastfeeding (well, pumping to be exact), when he was about 8 months old. This morning when I got out of the shower, I noticed I was leaking a little milk (and if I squeezed, I was able to extract a little bit too). I've never noticed this happen before. Has this happened to anyone else?

I haven't been in that situation yet but I would call your OB and get their take on it.

Eek...omg! Noo, I don't think so anyway. I mean, I'm not due for my period for another week and half. So, I wouldn't think I would have a symptom like this so early on. Right, lol?

I would call your OB and go into the office. I doubt you are pregnant as you would not be leaking milk this early on. good luck

Don't mean to ask such a personal question, but is your DH a boob man?
I only ask cause my friend's bf was a huge boob man (lots sucking, etc) and he basically induced lactation and she started leaking.
Also, she never had kids at that point.

Have you been around newborns lately? I leaked months after breastfeeding when I held a friends newborn.

A friend and I were talking about this a few days ago -- she and I both weaned in the past few weeks and commented that we're still leaking. Her mom chimed in that even SHE is still leaking, 35 yrs later.  She said her doc said one of her ducts never closed up (???).
