Lazy baby
So I really should say spoiled, but DD is 6.5 months. She holds things fine, inculding her bottle and we're practicing using a sippy cup, and she KNOWS what to do with it, but when I put it down, she opens her mouth ready for me to put it in, when I put it down for her to pick it up she screams or rather whines loudly and wants me to give it to her...how do I break her of this????

Leave it in front of her within reach and walk away. Let her cry. If she wants it, she will take it.
