Laying on back in 3rd trimester..
I know we arent supposed to sleep on our backs but during the day I try to lay on my back for a few just to relax and the pain is SO BAD! This is just recent, I would say maybe the past 3 weeks (I will be 36 weeks wednesday). The pain is in my lower back and the pressure is unreal..I even have a hard time turning over. Anyone else have this back feeling?

I have had a lot of lower back pain. It got better as the baby dropped. I do occasionally lay on back, I just try to prop my head up.
