We had several issues pop up during our closing and he was great! Handled everything . We have closed with him 4 times now and each time went smoothly.

We used an LIF vendor....Wendi Lindsey.
For the sale and purchase of our homes.
We closed and moved in June and she's still taking care of some paperwork for us, regarding putting our house into a trust.
She was always available when we had any questions or needed to meet with her.
Highly recommend her.

I have to agree- as an industry profession who works with MANY attorney's on a daily basis- Wendi is hands down the best! She is so quick and on point- it's a pleasure to work with her!
