laundered vs dry cleaned
OK, I must be having a dumb moment here... I called a new place to ask how much it is to have his shirt's dry cleaned and the guy says Dry Cleaning is 5.95 and laundered is 1.60.... what's the difference??? Is dry cleaning washed and ironed and laundered is just ironed? I'm confused.... TIA

dry cleaned is for dry clean only
laundered is washed & pressed & on hanger (my dry cleaner also has a press only option as well if you want to wash them yourself before you bring them in)

Usually you would launder a man's oxford shirt. Anything else would get dry cleaned.
